Zelle is a fast, safe, and easy way for shareholders and their renters to send money and pay fees.  Once payment is made, it is usually received by GMO the same day.  In addition, you may schedule payments to be made automatically the same time every month which will avoid any potential late fees for your maintenance.

 

Most U.S. banks participate with Zelle.  Ask your personal banker for how you can sign up for this fast and free service, or check your online or mobile app for your bank.  A list of participating banks may be found by clicking here: https://www.zellepay.com/get-started

 

For Zelle purposes, GMO is set up with the email address of [email protected].  You will need to use this email address to ensure all payments are routed correctly to GMO.
